LCD display pixel failure repairs on Citroen XM time display
Old Citoren XM TIME DISPLAY may suffer from the common dead / fading / disappearing pixels on the LCD display that shows thetime on the dashboard. The problem lies with the ribbon cable / flat cable that connects the LCD display to the circuit board of the time display. This is a bondless ribbon cable, so you DO NOT need to buy a “T bar” to solder the new cable in.
